ere is a recent dimensional shingle and standing seam metal roofing project we have completed. You can see in the before photo, this roof was in dire need of a replacement. Our client had not only a bad roof, but also a leaky skylight. As a leading bucks county roofing contractor, we thoroughly evaluated the roof and determined the plywood was dry, but the shingles were on their last leg.

We ripped and replaced the entire roof, and replaced the faded, old skylight. You can see in the after picture, we installed a 30-year dimensional shingle, a new skylight, and a metal standing seam roof.
